Organic Growth Consulting
I’m a Berlin-based consultant, advisor, and mentor focused on sustainable organic growth — helping organisations reach and serve their audiences through SEO, content marketing, and the AI-driven discovery channels reshaping both.
With a proven track record of building, leading, and supporting high-performing SEO and content teams, I help organisations do the right things — and build the confidence to know what those things are. That means stronger strategy, better operations, content that genuinely helps the people it’s made for, and the judgement and AI-awareness to adopt new tools and channels with clarity rather than hype.
I work with in-house teams and leadership, venture capital firms, investors, and boards, as well as agencies and consulting firms — adapting my approach to each organisation’s capabilities, needs, and ambitions.

Where I Come In
Most of the conversations I have start in a similar place. There’s a question of whether organic growth efforts are actually heading in the right direction, and what a clearer picture of good would even look like. SEO work keeps running into the same technical, organisational, and political limitations — slowing delivery, blocking good work, and sometimes stopping it from shipping at all. Content gets produced in parallel across SEO, CRM, social, and other demand generation teams, and no one is quite sure how to bring those efforts together. Teams aren’t sure whether they’re delivering as well as they could, or where the real bottlenecks sit. And threaded through all of it: how to use AI in a way that genuinely helps, and how to stay visible as search shifts towards AI-driven answers rather than blue links.
If any of that sounds familiar, that’s usually where I can help.
How We’d Work Together
Organic growth today is a wider discipline than it used to be. Search is being reshaped by LLM-based answers, AI Overviews, and agentic discovery. Content has to work harder — earning attention across channels, turning data and insights into genuinely useful assets, and connecting with the rest of marketing rather than sitting in a silo. And AI is changing how teams themselves work day-to-day. I help organisations navigate all of that: staying visible where it matters, producing content people actually value, and building AI-aware teams that adopt new tools and workflows with clarity and confidence.
Engagements typically take one of three shapes: understanding where you are today, deciding where you should be going, and building the capability to get there. Much of the work happens through workshops and targeted training — to surface gaps, align teams on direction, and build lasting capability.
Due Diligence
Gain a clear, unbiased view of organic performance, risks, and opportunities — across traditional search, content, and AI-driven discovery — to support confident decisions.
A due diligence can cover these and more:
- Assess current strategy, objectives, and alignment with business goals
- Evaluate technical foundations, site architecture, and scalability
- Review content quality, editorial standards, and organic growth potential across search and AI answer engines
- Analyse performance data, KPIs, and reporting quality
- Assess visibility and readiness for AI-driven discovery (LLM answers, AI Overviews, agentic search)
- Identify execution gaps, risks, and dependencies across teams and processes
- Review tools, workflows, and operational maturity
- Evaluate team setup, roles, and decision-making structures
- Assess current use of AI across workflows, and the team’s readiness to adopt it further
- Highlight quick wins, structural improvements, and growth opportunities
- Run workshops with the team to surface gaps, pressure-test findings, and build shared understanding
- Deliver honest findings and a clear picture of where things stand
Strategy
Set a clear direction for organic growth — what to prioritise, where to play, and how SEO, content, and AI-driven discovery come together to serve real audiences.
Strategy engagements can cover:
- Define organic growth strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs
- Shape content strategy: audience, editorial direction, formats, and standards for genuinely useful content
- Turn data, research, and insights into content and narratives that help customers and earn attention
- Position content and SEO for AI-driven discovery — what to optimise for, and what to let go of
- Integrate organic efforts with the wider marketing mix rather than running them in a silo
- Decide where AI belongs in the strategy — as a channel, a production accelerator, or both
- Prioritise initiatives, trade-offs, and investment across the next 6–12 months
- Facilitate strategy workshops to align leadership and teams on direction, trade-offs, and priorities
- Translate strategy into a roadmap teams can actually execute against
Operational Excellence
Build a function with the processes, capabilities, and judgement to deliver on the strategy consistently — and the confidence to adopt AI where it genuinely helps.
In order to achieve operational excellence, we aim to:
- Translate strategy into clear planning and execution to deliver defined objectives
- Define measurable objectives and key results (OKRs/KPIs)
- Establish reliable reporting across traditional search and AI-driven channels
- Improve communication with leadership, teams, and stakeholders
- Build capability through hands-on training, workshops, and up-skilling — including how to work effectively with AI
- Integrate AI into research, analysis, and day-to-day workflows to work faster and smarter, without sacrificing quality or judgement
- Manage cross-functional dependencies to reduce friction and delays
- Optimise tools, dashboards, and workflows
- Strengthen team structures to support sustainable delivery and growth
